Piece of the variety numbered in orange, with type 1 numeral, [range with initial numbers 236XXX].
A rare denomination in its own right, due to its low mintage and the rapid withdrawal of the 2 mark denomination from circulation, the cause of which was the discovery of a forgery, named after the counterfeiter - the Rauchwerger forgery.
An acceptable piece for this denomination, a natural piece, additionally bearing a certificate of authenticity from Jack Sarosiek, hence all the more attractive.
