A crown. Below the crown, two shields bearing the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania, and Saxony. Below the shields, a royal apple, the initials FWóF (Frederick William ó Feral—Master of the Dresden Mint), and a hook (the mint mark of the Dresden Mint).
On the rim, an inscription divided at the top by a crown: SAC ROM IMP ARCHIM ET ELECTOR 1741
Condition: PCGS AU55
A beautifully struck and preserved coin. Vivid relief. Beautiful detail. Luster and plenty of mint mirror finish. Charming patina. High PCGS grade. This is the very piece that received the highest PCGS AU55 grade, and it is the only piece with this grade. In this condition, the coin is rare and difficult to find on the collector’s market.
