A commemorative medal from the time of King Jan III Sobieski, struck to commemorate the death of Princess Ludwika Karolina Radziwiłłówna’s father.
Obverse:
A bust of Ludwika Karolina Radziwiłłówna facing right.
Inscription beneath the bust: ÆT 8 AN 1675 D 27 FEB (In the eighth year of her life, 1675, on February 27)
Inscription on the rim: LUDOVICA CAROLINA RADZIVILIA D G BIRS DUB SLUC ET KOP DUX (Ludwika Karolina Radziwiłłówna, by the grace of God, Duchess of Birż, Dubinki, Słuck, and Kopyl).

A bird left in its nest, watching two birds (its parents) flying away toward the sun, next to a hand emerging from the clouds, holding out a twig. In the sun, a miniature inscription (the name of God). A shield bearing the Radziwiłł coat of arms leans against a tree. In the field, a panorama with the inscription “BIRSE” (the name of the Radziwiłł castle).
Inscription on the edge: PATER ME ET MATERME A DERELIQVER ME; DOMA ASSUMPSIT ME. PS XXVII V X
