A nice, naturally circulated piece.
The last available half-taler of the Republic.
A distinctive vintage minted after a hiatus of several years in the issuance of this denomination, already after the lowering of the silver proof on these coins (from 20 pieces of the Cologne fine, to 20 7/8 of the Cologne half-talar). A type distinguished by the new typeface of the royal portrait and the coat of arms shield (straight, instead of oval). Being the last semi-talar with the initials of Efraim Brenna.
Silver, diameter 33 mm, weight 13.56 g.
