Biography
The artist was born in 1989 in Wrocław and grew up in Lubin. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław with a degree in printmaking under the guidance of Prof. Anna Janusz-Strzyż and in graphic design under Prof. Jan Jaromir Aleksiun. Professionally, she works in graphic design and illustration, and after a hiatus, she returned to painting, opening her own studio in 2023, where she focuses on abstract painting. Her works have been featured in numerous exhibitions, both solo and group shows. Among her most significant solo exhibitions are the illustration exhibition “BALAST: Balances and Romances” at Rozrusznik in Wrocław (2022), the painting exhibition “RZECZ GESTU” at the DNA Gallery in Sky Tower in Wrocław (2014), and “SZWY” at the Jadwiga Gallery in Lubin (2011). She has also participated in numerous group exhibitions, including the post-competition exhibition “Create Next: Converse x DESA Unicum” in Warsaw (2024), “Fresh Blood” at the Socato Gallery in Wrocław (2014), and “Perspective 2016” at the Academia Nova Gallery and Studio in Wrocław (2012). A particular honor was winning first place at the 4th Lubin Biennale in 2012.
