INVESTMENT AND JEWELRY POTENTIAL:
Appreciation: Prices of fancy-color diamonds show a strong, long-term upward trend, significantly outpacing the price increases of colorless diamonds. This is due to their extreme rarity—it is estimated that for every 1,000 carats of colorless diamonds mined, there is only 1 carat of colored diamonds. The exceptionally unique and deep combination of green and gray (Fancy Dark Greenish Gray), coupled with a weight exceeding the prestigious 1-carat threshold (1.05 CT), makes this a gem with outstanding collectible qualities.
Application: The square emerald cut (often associated with the exceptionally elegant Asscher cut) gives the stone a unique, geometric retro charm. It is ideal for a unique, custom jewelry design or as a long-term investment. Setting a stone of this caliber into a finished piece of jewelry dramatically increases its final market value.
