Wilhelm Löwith (Drosau 1861 - Munich 1932) was an Austrian painter from a Protestant Jewish family, who studied painting at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts and the Munich Academy of Fine Arts under Wilhelm von Lindenschmit the Younger. In 1902 Prince Regent Luitpold of Bavaria appointed Löwith as a royal professor at the Academy of Fine Arts.
Löwith's works are in the collections of museums in Amsterdam, Bautzen, Cincinnati, Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg and Prague.
