A landscape painting by Rudolf Kobiela, an artist who has long been associated with Zaolzie and the artistic community of Třinec. The composition is in line with the main focus of his work, which centers primarily on landscapes and portraits.
The artist studied drawing, painting, and aesthetics at the People’s House of Artistic Creation in Prague, among other places, and later graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany.
This work is an example of landscape painting characteristic of artists associated with Cieszyn Silesia and the Beskids.
