Stanislaw Mlodożeniec was born in 1953. He is the son of graphic artist Jan Młodożeniec and brother of graphic artist Piotr, and grandson of poet Stanislaw Młodożeniec. He graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, in the studios of professors Michał Bylina and Jacek Sienicki. He paints realistic or figurative paintings and abstractions. He is inspired by the traditions of the great avant-gardes of the first half of the 20th century. There is also a lot of abstractionism in the artist's paintings, manifested in certain simplifications in the construction of the created figures, their fuzzy, illusory bodies. For the past twenty years he has lived and worked in New York, which he likes to immortalize in his works. Stanislaw Mlodożeniec's paintings have been featured in many individual and group exhibitions in Poland and around the world, including in Warsaw and Poznan, but also New York, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin and Toronto.
