Biography
Narrative and fashion photographer. His stories are created from memories of a carefree and colorful childhood, and a sense of nostalgia drives his creative instincts. By day, he works in a junkyard, which has become a stage for arranging his photographic performances. He transforms the junk and junk he finds there into props for photo shoots. His photographs are thoughtful, exaggerating the concerns of everyday life, and his unique style is distinguished by humor and color. Mike Bona is the author of the photo album "Family Album", which conveys a vision of beautiful and touching family relationships, bonds and events. The photos of models, friends and family in the album tell a story of exploring one's own origins, and explore the concept of family in modern times. In 2023, the photographer presented his first solo photo exhibition titled "The Fruit Season is Over," featuring photographs that are full of sentimentality about locality, bending norms and playing with accepted conventions.
