Marcin Rusak (b. 1987, Warsaw), Tephra Sculpture 04

Biography
Studied at the Faculty of European Studies at the University of Warsaw and Man and Living at the Eindhoven Design Academy, and has an MA in Design Products from the Royal College of Art in London. He creates furniture, decorative objects and sculptures using floral motifs and with innovative use of materials. He was recently awarded the Perrier-Jouët Art Salon Prize for promising young artists. His work has been featured in the "What is Luxury?" exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, as well as at design fairs in Miami, Basel, London, Milan and Dubai. The artist recently had solo exhibitions: at London's Contemporary Applied Arts Gallery and New York's Twenty First Gallery. Rusak lives and works in London.
