A two-volume collection of works by Adam Mahrburg, one of the leading figures in Polish philosophy at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, published posthumously under the editorship of Władysław Spasowski. The essays included in this volume deal, among other things, with the theory of knowledge, scientific methodology, psychology, and metaphysics, as well as the views of Kant and Schopenhauer.
