A publication devoted to the remilitarization of West Germany and the role of former Wehrmacht commanders in rebuilding West Germany’s military capabilities. The authors discuss the activities of Nazi generals after the war’s end and their reintegration into military structures. Text and page numbering run in the opposite direction. Text in Yiddish; title page in Yiddish and Polish. The cover was designed by Izaak Rejzman.

The “Idisz Buch” publishing house, based in Warsaw, operated from 1947 to 1968. As a result of the nationalization of Jewish cultural institutions and organizations in 1950, “Idisz Buch” became the sole book publisher for the Jewish minority in Poland, publishing approximately 350 books throughout its entire period of operation. At the same time, it was among the very leading Yiddish publishing houses in the world.
