Biography
Visual artist and art historian; graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and the Institute of Art History at Jagiellonian University. Winner of the title of Person of the Year 2020 at the Cracow Art Salon. Winner of the 19th and 20th editions of Hestia's Artistic Journey and finalist of the 45th edition of the Bielska Jesień 2021 Painting Biennale. Listed in the Compass of Young Art in 2021 at position 20; in 2022 at position 14. Honored at the LOOSTRO 16th Autumn Art Salon BWA in Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski 2023. Winner of the Marian Sokolowski Award for the best master's thesis in art history IHS UJ 2023 (thesis topic: "Turning fiction into non-fiction and reality into fiction" Surrealist aspects of Andrzej Pawlowski's art in the optics of Bruno Schulz's short stories). As of 2023, she is continuing her studies for a doctorate in visual arts. The artist lives and works in Krakow.
