Born in Krakow in 1876, died there in 1945, he is a popular painter of genre scenes with sleds, hunts, sleighs and snow, painted in watercolor or oil, in which he clearly referred to the works of A. Wierusz-Kowalski, J. Brandt or J. Fałat. However, little is known about the artist's life except that in 1891-1894 he was educated at the School of Fine Arts in Cracow, where in 1897/1898 he continued his studies under Teodor Axentowicz. In 1933 he took part in an exhibition in Piotrkow Trybunalski.
