Biography
The artist graduated from the Art High School in Szczecin. She then pursued studies in applied graphics at the Higher School of Applied Arts, graduating in 2006 with a diploma under the supervision of Prof. Grzegorz Marszałek and Prof. Leszek Żebrowski. Fascinated by the art of photography, she continued her education, completing a postgraduate program at the Warsaw School of Photography. As part of her professional work, she has documented numerous state events, including ceremonies attended by the country’s most prominent figures and foreign delegations. Photojournalism holds a special place in her professional career and is one of her greatest passions. Izabela Bajda’s creative work, however, extends far beyond photography. Her paintings, inspired by Art Deco and Cubism, are characterized by geometry and simplicity of form—qualities that also stem from her passion for vector graphics. Izabela Bajda is the creator of numerous graphic designs for books, logos, and promotional materials, produced in collaboration with various institutions. Her works have been featured in many solo and group exhibitions both in Poland and abroad. Since 2023, the artist has been living near Zielona Góra, where she continues her creative journey, seeking new inspiration and opportunities to showcase her art.
