Marta Marszałł (born in 1991 in Ostrów Wielkopolski).
Graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and the Pegadogogical and Artistic Faculty in Kalisz (2016).
Winner of awards, author of solo exhibitions and participant of many collective exhibitions in
the country and abroad. She lives and works in Wroclaw.
She deals with easel and wall painting. The most popular
by the artist is the portrait, done in acrylic, oil and
drawing. She is attracted to the subject of the human condition and the aesthetics of the human body, being
fascination with the work of the great masters, especially Jacek Malczewski. In addition, in
her inspirations, the artist reaches out to the world of music and a short, audiovisual form of
of film art - the music video. In her painting endeavors, she sometimes returns to the
use of allusion, concerning the optical microstructure of the television screen, which is the
pixel. The area of her interests is complemented by sacred art, which in a more or less
more or less literally appears in her works; hence her fondness for gilding.

artistic needs and searching for new means of expression. In addition to embracing works within
painting cycles or thematic coherence, I willingly put in the hands of the viewer an
unlimited area of interpretative freedom. This is because each receptive intervention
of the viewer modifies the meaning of the painting, previously given to it by the author. Regardless of
the subjects addressed or the techniques of artistic expression used, I wish to remain
authentic, true to myself and in constant search of the Truth.""
