Painter, graphic artist, educator. He initially studied painting with Bronislawa Rychter-Janowska in Stary Sącz, then in the studio of Kaczor-Batowski and at the Free Academy of Fine Arts in Lviv and in Krakow with Stanislawski. He painted mainly landscapes and architecture, often repeating the same motifs of shrines, bodegas and city backstreets. The mood, composition and colors of Łotocki's works are most clearly marked by the influence of Impressionism.
